Audihence is in private beta. This page explains what personal information we collect during the waitlist phase and how we handle it. It is written in plain English so you don’t have to reach for a glossary.
Who we are
Audihence is an independent project operated by Gilles Sauvageot. You can reach us at hello@audihence.com.
What we collect
When you submit our waitlist form, we collect your email address and a source label (indicating which form on this page you used). That is it. We do not collect your name, phone number, address, or any profile information until you explicitly opt in to the product.
We also use Plausible Analytics to understand traffic to this site. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal information.
Why we collect it
To notify you when Audihence opens for beta access and to send occasional product updates directly related to the launch. We do not share your email with third parties, and we do not sell data.
Where it’s stored
Waitlist emails are stored in Loops, a transactional email provider. Loops is GDPR-compliant and processes data on servers located in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you ask us to delete it, or until Audihence shuts down — whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time by replying to any email from us with the word “delete” or by emailing hello@audihence.com.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete any personal information we hold. Write to hello@audihence.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
As Audihence moves from waitlist to product, this policy will evolve. Material changes will be announced by email to everyone on the waitlist before they take effect.
