Legal
Terms.
Last updated: April 2026
These terms apply to this website (audihence.com) and the waitlist. They do not yet apply to the Audihence product, which is not live. A separate product-specific agreement will be presented when the product opens for beta access.
What the waitlist is
The waitlist is an email list of people who are interested in using Audihence when it launches. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access — we will invite writers in batches based on fit (newsletter platform, subscriber count, publishing cadence).
No service yet
Audihence is in private beta. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of service. We make no representations about launch timing, pricing, or features; all of those are subject to change without notice.
Your use of this site
You may read this site and submit your email to the waitlist. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it programmatically, or use it for any purpose other than evaluating Audihence.
Intellectual property
The name “Audihence,” the logo, the copy on this site, and all design elements are the property of Gilles Sauvageot. You may quote or share the site with attribution, but you may not reproduce the brand or copy as your own.
Disclaimer
This site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be available at all times or that the information on it is free of errors. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
